I had an excellent experience working with Angelika and Sergey on a custom necklace for my daughters birthday. I presented them with an idea of what I had in mind, and they were able to help me design it along with their recommendation to make it better. My daughter loves the necklace, and I am so thankful that this experience was pleasant, stress-free, and able to be completed on short notice. I would definitely come back to work with Angelika and Sergey on more custom jewellery.

I had Linara make a custom wedding band and engagement ring and working with them was great. Angela was very helpful initially with providing options for the ring which I hadn't considered or was even aware of. Production was also fast from start to finish. Overall, the service was great and at a very reasonable price.I think it speaks volumes that, unlike some other custom jewelers in the city, Linara will use customer provided gemstones in your ring (although in hindsight, it would have been more cost-effective to work through Linara to purchase those gemstones). To me this signals a commitment to customer service, whereas other jewelers who insist on their own stones at a mark-up signal to me a commitment to greed.All in all a good experience.

Working with Angelika and Sergei was a truly amazing experience. They made an incredible effort to ensure that I fully understood everything involved with creating a custom engagement ring, and were incredibly patient throughout the entire process. They respected the budget I had provided them and did everything possible to maximize the quality of the finished product. Being experts of the trade, I trusted their opinions with many design aspects of the ring and I am beyond thrilled with the finished product. After shopping around at a few other places, we settled on Linara for a custom engagement ring. Angelika and Sergey were incredible to work with. They took the time to understand our requirements and provide guidance where appropriate; while we had something very specific in mind, they helped elevate the design greatly. They sourced a beautiful stone for our engagement ring, timely and within budget. We had chosen to have a blue sapphire as a centre stone; sapphires aren't as common and readily available on the market as diamonds, but Angelika was able to show us a number of sapphires to choose from. They were very responsive by email and phone, and took the time to meet with us multiple times throughout the process, in order to discuss design and to view stones. They were always very warm and welcoming.We couldn't have hoped for a better experience or outcome. They helped make the process completely stress free. We highly recommend them!

Angela and her husband are wonderful people to work with. They made my wedding band within one week and were absolutely incredible in keeping us updated and making sure to ask us about edits before proceeding ahead. I want to say that Angelika was amazing. From experience at other jewellers, their approach is often pushy. Angelika was not at all like this. She suggested we take the weekend to think about it. She made the whole experience simple and stress free. Despite our tight deadline, Linara Jewellery made it happen and my ring was ready on time. It was pretty and fit perfectly. I couldn't imagine a better experience!

I would like to start my review with how great the communication was. I found a few custom made jewellery shops in Toronto to compare prices for the earrings. Linara jewellery had an outstanding customer service, so I immediately made my decision to work with them. I got the prime quality product exactly as I wanted. They let me pick stones by myself, suggested what would look better and delivered what was promised for a very good price. I can't describe how happy I am that I chose this shop.
